This is how I cheat in Porsche 2000
First make a backup of whatever you may change!!!

Go to:
1  Gamedata
2  Simulation
3  AIcardata

Copy 356.ais outside its folder. Then rename it to 356a.ais. 
Copy the renamed file back to the AIcardata folder.
Next rename all in this manner. In short you give all cars 
the same characteristics as a Porsche 356.
Don't rename vssver.scc though!

In this way your racing opponents will drive very slowly, 
so You can win all!!

Cheat mode:

Enter create a player mode and enter one of the following names.

Note: All cars drive on a skidpad. f you get 30% damage on all areas of
your car (not including the roof or floor), you get knocked out.


Cheat:

follow thease steaps exactly!!!:

1.Make a new user: enter as a name |Smash Up| (with out|), it is a cheat:),
  then some name.
2.Play with that name,and you will see the track goes in circles, you know.
  The sky pad course.
3.Load the game with your user and play the evolusion, you will observe the
  track is still the same.
4.You will not make n any damage to the car and you will win all races.

* Always leave the accceleration on big turnings. The car turns more when doing
  this.

* Always uninstall the weight reduction menu on the car setup menu. This will 
  make the car heavy and it will not fly in air.


Some small things can help u to win a race:

 1.Always start accelerating when it calls 1 when race starts.
 2.As u know earning money is easy by repairing & selling old cars 
   so earn as much money u need then get best upgrades while playing 
   evolution mode.
 3.Always keep ur gearbox the standard one which is the best.
 4.Always keep twin turbo engine which is standard in golden as well 
   as in the mordern era 
 5.Always keep travel & ride height minimum & toe in & stiffness 
   maximum .
 6.Always keep downward force 100 for both tires.
 7.Always keep tire pressure 45 for both tires.
 8.The above mentioned (6th & 7th)are for control so keep the best 
   engines for speed. But still sometimes car doesnot give optimum 
   performance then you can reduce downward force only to 70 or 75
 9.It is not necessary to win club races to get to the next mode.
10.To get better control on turns without loosing speed leave the 
   accelerator while taking a turn then as soon as u think the car has
   taken enough turn press the throttle.


Easy money:

First buy some used cars and perform an overall repair on them, then 
when you sell them thier price will be high. now repeat this and you 
will get more & more money and you will not have to worry about damage, 
parts, etc....


More money:
-----------
Purchase a used car and choose an "Overall" repair. When completed, the value of
your car will be higher than the purchase price and the cost of the repairs. Sell
the car, purchase another used car and repeat as needed.

To earn a profit of about $5,500 or more (depending on how far you are in Underground
mode), follow these steps. Go to Underground mode and enter the "Customize Ride" menu.
Then, select the "Trade" option and trade your car for a Mazda RX-7. If you already 
have it as your car, skip this step. Downgrade all of your performance upgrades to 
stock. Then, go back to the "Trade" option and trade your car for a Volkswagen Golf
GTI. Then, put all of your performance upgrades back onto the Golf GTI and trade 
your car for the Mazda RX-7. If done correctly, you should gain a profit of at least 
$5,500. Repeat those steps as many times as desired. In a short time you should have 
at least $30,000.
