While suffering from great lag and a great deal of trouble getting (and staying)
connected to EverQuest in its initial week, I decided to go through and make a
list of all the possible characters that can be created via the combinations of
Race, Class, Starting City, and Deity.  This list may (or may not) be expanded
to provide commentary and more in-depth information as time allows.
