weapon unit etc.Also u can edit cars.cfg so that the highest paid 
car
phoenix (85000 $) can be bought at 1 $ or even less(change 85000 
to any value)phewwww.......
one more u can also put ur name in credits to impress ur friends 
Edit the credits file with notepad.
