Easy "Escape Velocity" achievement:
-----------------------------------
To get the "Escape Velocity" achievement, use a very fast light-weight car. 
The Ariel Atom 500 V8 is recommended. Try to get all upgrades for it, and equip 
the Powershot Nitrous customization. There are a total of 156 billboards in the 
game, but there are very few you can use to do a 200 yard jump. Look for two 
circular glass structures on Gunderson Avenue North (almost in the middle of the 
world map). Both of them have a billboard and can be used as a ramp. 
The billboards respawn, so you can keep trying even after destroying them. 
You also will not get the achievement if you crash after landing from the jump.

Easy "Kitchen Sink" achievement:
--------------------------------
First, attract the attention of the cops by breaking the speed limit, causing 
some property damage, or driving into a police car to get them to chase you. 
Then, destroy a billboard, change your car at a Jack Spot, and escape the police 
to get the "Kitchen Sink" achievement. Note: The billboards will respawn after 
they have been destroyed.

                                      (Single Player).
The Heat is Off (20 points)         : Escaped successfully from all Heat levels.
Social Climber (10 points)          : Have 5 or more NFS friends.
How Do You Like Me Now? (15 points) : Beat a friend's Autolog Recommendation.
Moving On Up (10 points)            : Moved up the Most Wanted List for the first time.
Nothing Personal (15 points)        : Took down a friend in Multiplayer.
After Market (10 points)            : Unlocked a mod for a car in Multiplayer.
Licensed to ill (10 points)         : Customized your license plate and number in Multiplayer.
Mix Master (10 points)              : Played a Custom Speedlist you created (Multiplayer).
The Modfather (25 points)           : Unlocked 3 Pro Mods in Multiplayer.
Second is Nothing (80 points)       : Finished first in every race, in every car (Single Player).
Rim Shot (25 points)                : Escaped the cops with at least one blown tire.
In Your Face (20 points)            : Smashed a friend's face on a billboard and beat their jump distance.
Pit Stop (10 points)                : Repaired a burst tire at a Bodyshop.
Alpha Dog (20 points)               : Shut down Most Wanted car number 10:Alfa Romeo 4C Concept (Single Player).

Beast from the East (30 points)     : Escaped from the cops in the Marussia B2.
Iron Boots (20 points)              : Drove over 5 spike strips with re-inflates equipped.
Gladiator (25 points)               : Took down every racer at least once in a single race.
Escape Velocity (20 points)         : Jumped over 200 yards (182.88 meters) through a Billboard.
Fast Forward (20 points)            : Triggered a speed camera at over 200mph (321.97km/h).
