type the letter "l" on the main menu.
You can now chose the level and amount of 
lives (1-40 only) and have the option of turbofunk,
which speeds up the game.

CheatMode:

Press [Esc] while playing, type any of the following codes, 
and then press [Esc] again:

Unlock All Campaigns / Levels:

Type the following code at either the campaign screen or the 
campaign level screen: conquerearth.
