how to get Dragonite L.100:

first get the eight gym badges.
then go to dragons lair, swim around the wirlpool until a dratini appears, 
capture a male and female, then put in to the 8th. box and save the game.
On thursday or tuesday and a boy will appear in the same city talk with 
him and get off the dratinis then go fight to any wild pokemon and will 
evolve into the rare Dragonite L.100.
