during a race press up,down,A,X,black 3 times,Y,up,down,left 
OR.   
Press Up, Black(3), R, Down(3),Y,left,right,down during a drag race 

ULTIMATED CAR:

press A, X, R, R, left, right, up, Y you should get A car that has all 
bars completely full. And thats without the engine add on's

ULTIMATED SPEED:

at the race hold L and press A 4 times and u will take off at gear 2

LEVEL 3 EVERITHING:

at the start of the game after you have bought your first car go into performance 
at press y, y, b, r, x,x,x, black, white a,a,a,a,a,a,a,a,a,
and then you should get level three everything.

GET MONSTER TRUCK:
------------------
Start a drag race. Before you get the signal to go press Y, X[x2], and R[x3]. 
You should begin your race with a monster truck!
