First you have to go to franchise. Start a new one, then pick all the teams by 
pressing LB button. After that sim everything( Preseason, Season, Playoffs, 
Superbowl, & Probowl)Then quit and the game will ask you if you ant to save 
select no. You will return to the main menu. You should notice immediately that 
your ring progress is higher. Also, if you check your gamer level & gamerscore 
it should be higher as well. Finally save your profile only so that all your 
hard work doesn't go to waste.
