On the second screen of the 'Special Features' hit the BACK button to 
light up Boss Hogg's ring. Then hit ENTER to see a feature with Bo and 
Luke's "stunt men." 

Bourban Street Dummies:

Go to the second 'Special Features' screen and highlight the 'Back Bar.' 
Then use your UP arrow key to light up Boss Hoggs cigar, then press 
ENTER to see the "Dummies."
