Invincibility:
--------------
Press C on sounds 3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11
at the jukebox screen. A voice will say "Oh Yeah" to
confirm correct code entry.

Super player:
-------------
Press C on sounds 1, 3, 5, 6, 3, 9, 6, 4, 9, 5 at the
Jukebox screen. Press Start, then begin game play.  Pause,
quickly press A, C, B(2), A, C(2), A, B, A, L, Right(2), A,
B(2), C, Left, Up, Down, A, then resume game play.

Secret weapon:
--------------
Hold A to have Sketch fold a paper airplane from the
comic. Note: This weapon will destroy almost anything, but uses
a portion of your life.

Level select:
-------------
Press C on sounds 14, 15, 18, 5, 13, 1, 3, 18, 15,
6 at the jukebox screen. A voice will say "Oh Yeah"
to confirm correct code entry. Select the sound number that corresponds
to desired level and press C.

View credits:
-------------
Hold A + B + C and press Start at the options screen.

Sketch fart:
------------
Defeat all enemies in a room, then repeatedly tap Down.
